@OIGUSPS So, quick question. If the regional center in RIC, VA is meant to improve performance, why did my package that was checked into the facility in RIC, then get sent to Chesapeake, VA (80 miles east) when I live in Chester, VA (<20 miles south)? Now it’s even later than it was.
I’m pleased to report that I’ve received a SIOP Institute Level 3 Educator. View my verified achievement from @Cal_Linguistics. https://t.co/DrZpHHi69P
@OrlyKlapholz We’ve had this recipe more than 50 years. My great auntie got the recipe from one of her friends who had been making the mix for their Shriners meetings for years before that. It’s so good.
@abrardts How rude. Yes, lazy & inattentive. I can’t count the number of times people get mine wrong. Even people I’ve know for years. It isn’t Sean nor is it Slack.
Glad you stood up for yourself but sorry you had to.
Come on folks. Get it right!
@MrZachG@George76766831@MathsImpact For the administrators: It’s an easy short statement. “Hi, we need to see you in the hall. Thanks.” Document it. Then deal w/ it as a contract issue if it doesn’t happen. And yes of course emergencies happen.
@MrZachG@George76766831@MathsImpact 1) admin in the halls too please, even if they have to pause a meeting w/ whomever. 2)As a former teacher & administrator union board member no administrator would have been dinged for requiring a teacher to follow their contractual duty.
@OrlyKlapholz Is it reliable & valid? If it’s an assessment for English literacy to assess an ML’s English literacy, is it doing that or is it assessing some hidden Americana content that the ML may not have had access to?
I’m reminded of an EL “assessment” that was all about Babe the Blue Ox
