The Board facilitated this first-of-its-kind Trader–Tech platform with the launch of DigiDukaan, an initiative of ONDC, connecting retailers, distributors and brands on an open digital network and integrating commerce with technology-driven logistics solutions.

It is a significant step in India’s digital trade transformation, aligned with the vision of Digital India under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi ji. DigiDukaan, along with Qwipo and Bizom on ONDC, is driving a new tech revolution in India’s trade ecosystem, while reaffirming the indispensable role of distributors and retailers as the backbone of India’s supply chain and last-mile retail network.

The traders have expressed heartfelt gratitude with a standing ovation for Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji for transformative decisions such as income tax relief up to ₹12 lakh, GST 2.0 reforms, and the Swadeshi spirit through Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Reiterated the Board’s efforts to institutionalise traders’ welfare by encouraging the establishment of State and District-level Traders’ Welfare Boards along with Trade Facilitation Centres, ensuring stronger representation, policy support and greater ease of doing business for traders across India.
