Development Update - March, 2024 ✨

The Season 1 build is now practically complete!

We will have exciting news to share on the launch of Season 1 very very soon 👀

But for today, let's delve into our team's achievements over the past month and see what we're cooking for in Season 1, our prep for Season 2, and beyond 🚀

Battle System

The development of our build for Season 1 has been completed, with the addition of a total of 48 monsters, and more than 100 different attacks available to the players!

This season introduces the concept of side mutations and monster variants.

Season 2 will introduce newer types of side mutations that are based on location of the player, creating a deeper connection between the overworld and the battle system.

New Side Quests

With the main build for Season 1 being already finished, our team is continuously working on adding new content.

This content includes the addition of new quests as well as events. These quests will provide players access to a deeper overarching lore, rare monsters and minigames.

Overworld

In the past month, our team has dedicated efforts to crafting assets for new locations, transitioning summer assets into autumnal settings, and introducing an array of new characters.

For Season 2, we're excited to announce the inclusion of at least three new locations, each housing essential buildings that may dynamically change based on player decisions, offering a dynamic gameplay experience.

User Interface

As Season 2 will introduce numerous on-chain features like marketplaces and staking, our team has initiated the final testing of contracts and their deployment on the testnet. This phase also includes the development of user interfaces tailored for features like guilds and integrating fast travel into the game.
