@airtelindia trying to reach the team since a month now from the Airtel thanks app for billing query. Each time a query is raised there's no response and still after a few days the ticket gets closed & marked as resolved without any contact being made.

@zomatocare I’m getting missing and half-eaten items from Zomato on delivery and then when adding a complaint on customer Support all I get is just promo code of 200 rs. So now I have to pay an extra 50 to get it replaced.
Why do I need to pay again just to replace my item!?
