Danielle Smith wants to be able to “scale up” from current immigration levels.

She laments that Alberta has only 6,400 permanent residency (PR) spaces against 40,000 applicants.

She then states that she wants the ability to “scale up” to Quebec numbers, which stand at 45,000 PRs.

She is gonna H-1B Albertans.
