News: Matt Harvey has announced his retirement after nine MLB seasons. He last appeared in the big leagues in 2021, and on a mound for Team Italy in the World Baseball Classic.
"I have to say this is my time to say thank you, and goodbye," Harvey wrote on Instagram.
@dfcrider I think studios need to be more accepting of everyone and hire employees with that same mindset. Studios filling positions with people of diverse backgrounds will make the workplace much more inclusive. Writers should be encouraged to add diverse characters into their scripts
@dfcrider #BRC305 I see the merger of public radio and TV as a good example of innovation. This kind of innovation is necessary to keep up with changing times and technologies. Merging would allow them to share ideas and support each other economically.
@dfcrider I was surprised to learn that The Walking Dead was no longer in the top 10. It has been towards the top of the list for many years and it is the first time it has dropped below 10. I guess most people agree with me though as I stopped watching The Walking Dead about 3 seasons ago
@dfcrider I was not surprised to see Fox leading all networks as well as the NFL taking the top 3 spots in the top 100. Especially because sports were put on hold for several months due to coronavirus people were very excited for the start of football season. #BRC305
