@cineworld Thanks. Do you have any idea on timelines when it will be fixed? Or for now, can West India Quay provide a full list of the screens affected so I can know to avoid those screens in particular.

@cineworld what’s happened to the sound quality at West India Quay? Been an unlimited card holder for over 15 years but the last few films we’ve seen there sounded awful, like they’re underwater. Can barely hear the speech at times.

Maybe time to find a new cinema.

@cineworld Maybe some film busted the speakers? If you look at recent google reviews of this cinema, a lot complain about the same sound issues. Would love to see it fixed. Me & my wife go to this cinema nearly every week.

@cineworld I went back and made a note of the screens where the sound was busted. Screens 1, 8 & 10 are all broken. Strange as there was no issues a couple of months back. Asked a member of staff if the sound was always this bad, they replied a simple "yeah".
