@PharmacistHF Definitely keen to scope the platform required to drive change in the longer term. i.e. governance/education etc and I'd better jump back into clinical work before I get too rusty.

@PharmacistHF Moving sectors = retraction to single pillar working.. That's a barrier to overcome. I built my way back up to four pillars(not saying to an advanced level but MSc+team lead).

I believe this was underpinned through non-pharmacy infrastructure and appropriate atomistic roles.
