The meeting between Presidents Zelenskyy, Trump, and Putin may take place in Geneva, US special envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg said.

In an interview with Fox News, @generalkellogg said that such a meeting would become possible when Russia hands over its peace memorandum, adding that Ukraine has already done it.

"Once we get their term sheet or memorandum, then we'll put it together, and there's gonna be another meeting, and we believe it'll probably be in Geneva. We would have liked to have had it in the Vatican, <...> but the Russians didn't want to go to the Vatican. And then, eventually, go to somewhere where you get all three major leaders of all the parties. You get president Putin and President Zelenskyy together, hammer this thing out, and come to some type of signed document that ends this war," Kellogg said.

Regarding long-range missiles for Ukraine and permissions to use them for strikes inside Russia:

The main issue right now is not the limitations/permissions but the quantities of the missiles that are supplied to Ukraine. Europe just doesn't have a lot of missiles.

On the other hand, the United States do have large quantities of missiles. We can clearly see that Putin responds to diplomacy with increasing strikes on Ukrainian civilians and shows no inclination towards peace.

If Ukraine were able to buy/acquire Tomahawk missiles in ample quantities, that would help destroy/damage/diminish Russia's military capabilities and would be one more factor to push Putin towards real peace talks.

As for now, the reality is that long-range missile supplies are important. Even more important is their quantity. Then, they will become an effective and decisive factor.
