@British_Airways Flight 252 which arrived at Providenciales today has been delayed for departure to London. Apparently the ground staff don't know anything, and the crew isn't giving any instructions. We are here for the third time with kids tonight to get back to UK ! Pls respon

@British_Airways We just need to know what happening - why is there a delay? This is very stressful! Already spent 4hrs at the airport with a toddler n 11 year old today, this is the third time in 4 days.

@British_Airways I'm curious to know if BA does any technical checks for safety before asking distressed passengers to come to the airport or is it only done when they arrive ?

@British_Airways the boarding has been delayed AGAIN for the flight to Nassau, cause of the SAME TECHICAL ISSUE FROM THURSDAY! IS THIS A JOKE ? BA, you are causing us immense distress and anxiety ! We have young kids.

@British_Airways Hi, now there seems to be problem with the system where they can't check our reservations and are trying to contact BA. This is for all of us who are gng to Nassau and then pnward tmrw evening to Heathrow. Please help !!!

@British_Airways we are again at the airport as instructed by the email from BA in Providencials! The boarding hasn't started, no staff member available! What's going on ????

@British_Airways We've been told checking in counter will open at 5.30pm by helpdesk here - still no BA staff insight though. Also, no one knows if the flight from Thursday has been fixed and if we will be flying tonight ? Can you confirm pls

@British_Airways There was no food available, no snacks. Nothing! We also asked them if we could order in and pay ourselves but everything was closed.

@British_Airways Our flight from Provincidiacles to London Heathrow via Nassau last evening was delayed and we've been put up in a hotel. We still haven't heard if they've been able to sort the technical glitch and when we can fly back home ? We have young kids. Pls respond

@Suehaeseker @British_Airways My toddler and kid and us went to bed without food after we were accommodated in a hotel at 1.30am after being on the runway for 4 hours ! As adults we can manage, but BA made absolutely no arrangements for even kids food! Not even a biscuits once they got us off the plane.

@British_Airways So the flight details have disappeared from the website now for today ! And NO ONE FROM BA has contacted us, we are all stuck here and there has been zero correspondence! We went to the airport to find 'no ground staff' and are back without any information! @British_Airways .
