While I can see a card has been issued, I haven't received the card. Neither at my address, nor at the branch. @canarabank customer care keeps telling me to check with my home branch and home branch keeps asking me to wait. How long should I wait for a debit card ?

@canarabank haven't seen a more useless customer service. For the past 4 months I have been trying to get a new/replacement debit card as my old one expired. I have written letter, emails, applied via forms. Yet haven't received my card.

I was first told at the home branch that the card will be sent to my address. After hearing the same for 2 months, I applied for a new card. It's now been 2 months since submitting the application for new card.
