@Dash_SatyaDash @Allianz They denied mine. They said epidemics weren’t covered unless your policy specifically says it covers epidemics which the basic policies do not

@Delta Will do! I’m sure it’s crazy busy. Want to say that Delta has been GREAT! High level of customer service. Delta cares more about people than profit and I appreciate that SO MUCH ❤️

@makboo168 @AllianzTravelUS @leticia I can answer based on my experience. We were traveling to Japan and epidemics weren’t covered. My bad for not checking that specifically but I’ll check in the future!

@AllianzTravelUS @makboo168 @leticia Thanks! My problem now is I can’t retrieve my number because Delta cancelled and refunded, so I can’t see my insurance number. Unless it went to junk mail and I missed it, I never received an email from Allianz with my policy. How can I reference this conversation in the email?
