@EastMidRailway your staff really have a "could not care less attitude". I arrived at Market Harborough and was on the platform just before 11.25 for the 11.26. The driver/staff must have seen me try to get on the train and closed doors. Overzealous staff!
@EastMidRailway Why are you dispatching trains to Leicester and holding off the Nottingham one? There was a Nottingham one scheduled for 5.35 which you have cancelled yet we're all sitting here in the train which is full.
@EastMidRailway Good work tonight. Cancelled trains, lay on a short train and introduce more stops on the 21.35 train.
I am at the end of one carriage and I can count 34 people standing up.
You couldn't run a piss up in a brewery.
@andybullyuk@EastMidRailway Same old story Andy. EMR will just sell as many tickets as they can without any concern of passengers safety and well being. They could not care less as long they sell as many tickets as possible. EMR = GREED.
Hi @bpPulseUK I used the BP Pulse charger at Starbucks Pendigo Way NEC while visiting the store and have now received a parking charge for staying over 60 minutes. Charging sessions can easily exceed this time. Could you please help look into this?
Hi @StarbucksUK I recently visited your Pendigo Way NEC store while charging my EV and buying drinks. I've now received a £100 parking charge for staying over 60 minutes while using the charger. I've emailed customer care but would really appreciate your help with this.
@eastmid_support My issue is you sell more tickets than the seats your train has.Why not have a system where every person has to reserve a seat?Once all seats are reserved, the train is then deemed as full and everyone has a seat and no one standing.
You clearly prioritize revenue over safety.
@Onside_Offside@EastMidRailway@NeilDotObrien I second this. EMR will continue to sell unlimited tickets to increase revenue with no concern of customer safety. If a train has 300 seats, systems should be in place to take reservations for 300 seats. EMR are greedy.
@DJBSass@EastMidRailway EMR are good at selling more tickets than the train has seats. They have no platform to reserve seats on their old train either unless you have a certain type of ticket. They couldn't care less as long revenue is up.
@EastMidRailway@Richarmphotos EMR are greedy, that's why. They will sell as many seats as they possibly can for as much as they can regardless of the amount of seats on the train. All revenue, no concern for the safety of passengers. Why should any passenger have to stand for long periods on a high speed train?
@EastMidRailway Thank you for cancelling the 10.05 train from St Pancras to Nottingham. I dare say you will you provide a short 5 carriage train to finish off the evening and make sure everyone's nice and cosy.
@EastMidRailway@StaffMidRailway You respond to e mails and a do not reply e mail address?
You refused a delay claim as no copy no copy of the ticket. I purchase via your app which is QR ticket and screenshots are disabled. What do you need? I sent copy of email confirmation.
Multiple emails sent, no replies. No engagement with local businesses — but constant enforcement when money is coming in. This isn’t support, it’s neglect. It’s pushing independents out, leaving empty shops and fewer local jobs.
@EastMidRailway Waiting for the 06.57 from Market Harborough to St Pancras. It's the busiest day of the week with commuters at prime time and there is a 5 carriage train on its way. Well planned, Good Work 👍
@StaffMidRailway Nearly £1,100 a month for this level of service.
If you’re going to charge extortionate prices, the least you could do is run a service that justifies the cost.
@EastMidRailway You are certainly living up to expectations.
The 20.05 was a short 5 carriage train and overbooked with no seats available.
You have now provided another short 5 carriage train and cancelled the 21:05 service. £1k Per Month bargain season ticket! Nice work.
@StaffMidRailway Rather than apologise, why not actually do something about it — or at least outline what you plan to do?
You might say the new trains help with extra space, but they’re only 5-carriage trains and offer far less capacity than the older 10-carriage trains when those actually run.
