If PayPal sees your activity as “reselling,” your purchases can be excluded from protection altogether.
🚫 Reseller flag:
Multiple buys/sells = they may classify your account as a business, not a buyer.

📦 Item never shipped?
Still not guaranteed coverage. They can treat it as B2B and deny the claim.
🃏 Condition issues?
Centering, surface, corners—even damage—often don’t qualify as “not as described.”

⚖️ Bottom line:
If your account looks like inventory flipping, PayPal can deny claims at their discretion… meaning ZERO protection.
Protect yourself accordingly.
