Today at 6:00 pm @add_s15 will be playing in the KBCA All-Star game at Kansas Wesleyan.

Addison is only the second girls basketball player in our history to play in the most prestigious all-star game in Kansas. Good luck and congrats!

I learned coaching HS FBall that there are a number of approaches bc the kids have a number of approaches to why they are there… I would ask in their hierarchy of coaching where does “winning games” rank??? I realized that there are so many other things more important than winning games… giving each kid the experience THEY want not me… talking to kids about how they want to play the game to have the most fun, not what I think will help us win the most games… teaching kids at the level they can handle to be successful… being able to coach some to prepare for next level, while coaching others to excel at their skill level in HS… winning games was one of last things on my list, bc it was all about the kids and not building my resume (even though I wanted to win as much as anyone - just wasn’t all about me)!
