@gregisenberg Re: low retention, the switching costs are so low, “anyone” can come up with something more disruptive in a short amount of time. That’s the real problem we’re dealing with.

Except in practice, judging from the report of founder after founder, what this often turns out to mean is: hire professional fakers and let them drive the company into the ground.
