🇺🇸 We welcome the "Ending Regulation By Prosecution" memo by the US DAG, and the clarity it provides for developers and operators of Bitcoin software.

This is consistent with Executive Order 14178 that recognized the importance of "protecting and promoting the ability of individual citizens and private-sector entities alike to [...] develop and deploy software [and] transact with other persons [...] and to maintain self-custody".

▪️ Vincent Durmont @vdurmont : Vincent est responsable de l’ingénierie chez @lightspark . Plus récemment, Vincent a occupé des postes d’ingénieur et de gestionnaire chez Meta/Facebook, où il a travaillé sur un large éventail de projets, notamment Diem (fka Libra) et Novi.

▪️ Charles Guillemet @P3b7_ : CTO chez Ledger, il a commencé sa carrière chez Tiempo, une startup spécialisée dans la sécurité, où il concevait des circuits intégrés sécurisés EAL5+. Il a ensuite été responsable technique au sein d'un centre d’évaluation de la sécurité des technologies de l’information (ITSEF) au CEA.
