This week we’ve made a start on our new and final topic of the year: “why do we love to be beside the seaside?”. We have been able to recognise and match some popular and fun things to do while at the seaside, including: the beach, building sand castles and having an ice cream!

This afternoon we played a game of ‘what season am I?’. We used our magnifying glasses to recognise the different weathers in each season. We did some brilliant listening and communication throughout! 😃 🐝 🔍 @AETAcademies @MeadsteadPA @MeadsteadHoS

What a fantastic way to finish our half term! All of our children had such a great time bouncing, sliding and jumping on our giant inflatable obstacle course and bouncy castle. 🐝🐝@AETAcademies @MeadsteadPA @MeadsteadHoS

This morning we made most of the sunshine by doing a scavenger hunt outside. All our children used their communication and interaction skills to find all the different objects. It was so much fun! 😀 ☀️ @AETAcademies @MeadsteadPA @MeadsteadHoS

This Enrichment afternoon we watched the animated story ‘The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse’ by Charlie Mackesy. We used some brilliant describing words while watching this! We spoke about kindness and bravery and did some beautiful paintings😀🌈 @AETAcademies @MeadsteadPA

We’ve had a lovely afternoon playing a game of interactive ‘what can you see?’ We spotted a police car, bus driver, fire fighter, nurse and dentist! We then did some cutting and sticking to see if we could remember what vehicles and people we spotted. 🚔 🚌 👨‍🚒 🚒 @MeadsteadPA
