Under the leadership of @CPDelhi, Delhi Police has launched the week-long campaign “Nasha - Not Cool”, beginning with a city-wide school pledge drive promoting a drug-free lifestyle.
Over 1 lakh students from more than 550 schools took a collective pledge against substance abuse, committing to spread awareness.

To amplify impact, the campaign features:

शोर सुनते ही पास की पुलिस चौकी पर तैनात टीम तुरंत हरकत में आई व स्नैचर का पीछा कर उसे मौके पर ही धर दबोचा

4 आरोपी गिरफ़्तार किए गए

आरोपियों से लगातार पूछताछ करने पर पता चला कि ऋतिक एक आरोपी की बहन को भगाने से जुड़े मामले में शामिल था। इसके बाद रितिक आरोपी की बहन को अपमानित और प्रताड़ित करता था और उसके परिवार के सदस्यों को भी गाली-गलौज और धमकियाँ देता था। 6/7-03/2025 की मध्य रात्रि को रितिक (मृतक) आरोपी के घर आया और उसके परिवार के सदस्यों के खिलाफ गाली-गलौज और अपमानजनक टिप्पणी की। इसके बाद आरोपी ने साजिश रची और इसके तहत अपने दोस्तों को बुलाया। योजना के अनुसार, उन सभी ने रितिक के साथ शराब पी और जब रितिक शराब के नशे में था, तो उन्होंने एक टैक्सी बुक की और उसे दिल्ली के कैलाश कॉलोनी में खाली/सुनसान जमीन पर ले आए, जहाँ सभी ने उसकी हत्या कर दी। उनकी निशानदेही पर अपराध का हथियार (वॉश बेसिन के खून से सने टुकड़े) और अपराध के समय उनके द्वारा पहने गए कपड़े बरामद किए गए। मामले की आगे की जाँच
