Setting and communicating boundaries is an important aspect of every healthy relationship! Remember, you are not responsible for how others respond to those boundaries. Your needs are your own and they deserve to be respected 🤍

We will be out of the office all week, but you can still contact us through email or our textline at (585) 416-0153! 📱
Condoms should be stored at (or just below) room temperature and out of direct sunlight, so keep them out of your car this summer! Instead, try storing them in a cool, dry space such as a bedroom nightstand or dresser drawer 🗄️
July is #UVSafetyAwareness month; the perfect opportunity to remind you that #UVProtection isn't just for your skin and eyes ☀️👀
It's for your sexual health too! Condoms can become ineffective when exposed to extreme heat and/or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
As #PrideMonth comes to an end, we reflect on the progress that has been made and the work that still needs to be done so that all people are free to live 𝓪𝓾𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓵𝓵𝔂, without fear of discrimination or violence 🏳️🌈

Today is World Day of Music!🎵
Music has been found to help reduce pain, relieve stress, and even improve memory. So, what will you be listening to today?
Today is Juneteenth!!🎉 For over 150 years, June 19th has commemorated the end of slavery in the United States.
Why June 19th?
#Emancipation didn't happen overnight. Even with the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863, it would be years before many enslaved people were set free.
Celebrations continued yearly on this day and 𝒻𝒾𝓃𝒶𝓁𝓁𝓎 in 1980, Juneteenth was observed for the first time as an official Texas state holiday. Almost all other states have since followed and 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘 New York joins them.
This means we can provide the "Not A Number" child exploitation & trafficking curriculum to young people in our communities, which is designed to educate and inspire youth to make safe, informed, and empowered choices for themselves!🙌

🙏Also, huge shoutout to both Erin and Halee's mothers for coming all the way to Batavia to help set up and run the ACT booth for us- you made it possible for us to be there!!🎉
