#WMHD2019 most people have had some sort of MH issue at some point. It can hit you when you least expect it to. I had the worst anxiety ever when I was pregnant and my dad was dying of cancer. My family, friends and P3 colleagues helped me through it!! Be aware, be kind 💙💙
