@ThatLoganDoll@SplitDaAtom Okay but the crux of his solo film is that he is so wrapped up in the message of his parents that it hurts him when their intentions arent good and he needs reminded that the Kents are his true family.
And that takes place *after* Kara comes to Earth, so it doesn't make sense
I think a big part of that is all the romantic interests either being there purely to serve Bruce's story or having very undeveloped motivations.
Selina has a lot more going for her than Rachel, the poor man's Andrea Beaumont, but should've had her own arc throughout the films
It also needs to be said that the campaign of DC Super-Villains prioritizes character customization because its the first, and so far only, game to where your custom character is the protagonist, a busted out criminal gaining superpowers by the chapter.
While I agree with some that the lengths to get all suits is a bit ridiculous, I can at least say it was far more forgiving than Arkham City at launch.
You basically were stuck with one pre-order skin per vendor, an energy drink exclusive, and getting everyone's favorite CBM
Here's all the in-game content announced for LEGO Batman: LOTDK so far. If you want absolutely everything like me, make sure you pre-order the Standard or Deluxe edition to secure The Dark Knight Returns suit, as there's no guarantee it will be available later!
"The Sheep Detectives" was one of the last movies I ever expected to make me cry, and not just once, but somewhere between 4-5 different times.
What a lovely story about acceptance of grief and of each other wrapped in a ewe-dunnit with the occasional huge laugh.
@miss_mjoy I mean on paper, i don't disagree. I liked the angles the movie was going for, but they pretty much beat you over the head with the messaging instead of conveying it in a way that works towards the narrative's benefit as a movie. Its pretty messy.
I saw "Spider-Man" again in theaters for the first time in 23 years.
Very emotional experience. Me back then at 6 going on 7, now turning 30 in a few weeks, made me remember how much this changed me.
No one will ever get Spider-Man like Sam Raimi. These movies are very special
"Good Boy" is a love letter to DIY filmmaking in such a creative and engaging way. In a time where possession stories and cinematic universes about ghost encounters bog down the market, the eyes of a dog against the supernatural breathes new life into the undead
@4eyedRaven But even with that being said, if we weren't going to do that and just launchpad off SS Harley, I'd rather we just recast and start over.
There's just so much to explore with Harley Quinn thats important to represent all she's been through.
@4eyedRaven I wouldn't mind her specifically because she's a dead ringer for Bruce Timm's drawings come to life and would be about as perfect as you could get a Harley in live action.
That being said, I would prefer it if we actually saw her character go through all HQ stages, not just SS
Its hard telling if Marvel will revert right back to the ways that have made me cynical towards them for quite a few years now.
But currently?
Im thrilled that they gave us this, standing perfectly on its own. And I can only hope this is a sign that we're on the right track.
In the flux of cinematic universes, I didn't think I would ever get a comic book film like this ever again. That wasn't cracking jokes a mile a minute, that let scenes breathe and feel...like a movie made with an earnest sense of sincerity and heart.

Having seen #FantasticFourโฏtwice, I can safely say that, yes, this is one of Marvel's best ever.
Im taken back to the times of Spider-Man 1 and Iron Man 1, with humor and heart that flows naturally and emotions that are raw.
Not perfect; but truly something incredibly special
