Hey, do you like D&D? Want to Beta read a story based off a campaign we played?
I present the reveal of: A Foul Light Shines.
If interested, please contact me. The blurb will be below split into parts.
@KiltedIan
Hey, we just saw that portion launched applications for artist alley/vendors rooms. Brett and I were wondering if we should apply for artist alley since we sell our own books. It was a pleasure working in the market place last year.
@Reckless_Attack We appreciate the blessing. Our Freya usually tries to crawl into my chest. We got her to lay on the couch and swaddle her in blankets, so it went ok.

Are you an author or interactive vendor? (Face painting, balloon animals, etc?) We have 4 author spots and 1 interactive vendor spot still available at the Marketplace for this June! Apply here: https://t.co/BiGkGpB6Il
@DoctorBadWolf @CobbleSprite It's certainly a heroic adventure game... But it expects that a lot of problems will be solved by combat. It's come a long way from it's wargame roots, but I still feel comfortable saying combat is the core, and all the rest is an awesome add on that could use more support.
@Tsuki_Fatty @CobbleSprite By and large, D&D does little on these fronts at present. Other systems give far more attention to those aspects. World of Darkness has about as much page space dedicated to combat as it does social.
@Tsuki_Fatty @CobbleSprite You make a fair point, we can't look at in a strict vacuum. What mechanical support does it offer to roleplay? Does it have a status or contact system? Does it tie leveling up character concepts or story beats? Are there rules for crafting and running social encounters?
