“Subsequent to the balance sheet date a further £9 million of funds has been provided by the Owners to the
company during the period to December 2025, via the loan instrument” - It’s £17m plus interest.

Furious. If we picked up a striker who could get us maybe 10 goals, we’re comfortable. We’d have 6 points for 6, instead today it’s zero. If the owners won’t pony up a few £m to back the manager and protect their investment then what’s the point. Go. Eisners out.
After ASO changed the name of the Criterium du Dauphine to Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes for 2026, they decided to change the name of the Paris-Roubaix race for the first time in its 123-year history.
The iconic cycling classic Paris–Roubaix is set to be officially renamed Paris-Roubaix Hauts-de-France starting in 2026.
This update reflects the race’s strong regional ties to the Hauts-de-France area (where the brutal cobblestone sectors and the Roubaix velodrome finale are located), even though the name has long been a bit misleading—the race hasn’t actually started in Paris since the 1970s (it now begins in Compiègne).
Official sources, including the UCI calendar, already list the 2026 edition as “Paris-Roubaix Hauts-de-France.”
They also announced the wildcards: Unibet Rose Rockets, Modern Adventure, Flanders Baloise, Cofidis, TotalEnergies, Tudor and Pinarello-Q36.5 will get them.
