@StagecoachEMid Victoria Centre 5:50pm a Pronto driver has refused travel leaving about 60 paying customers as there have been no buses for 30 mins. Same old same old 🤬

@StagecoachEMid with Pronto delays due to ongoing gas works in Sherwood why are your services not diverting??? The morning delays aren’t too bad but the evening ones add 30 mins to the journey. Please investigate, cheers

@StagecoachEMid Dont bother. Your company runs a sub standard service at best & disrespects its paying customers on a daily basis. No complaint is ever followed up. On a good day youre fobbed off, on a bad youre ignored. I’m writing this reply waiting for Pronto that is again awol @ScoachMisery
