The Aday Mara inclusion is interesting. Mara is #7 on my big board right now.
The Spanish big would be an ideal fit for how the Nets’ Spanish coach wants to run offense.
However, Brooklyn under Sean Marks has selected just two non-freshmen aged players in the first round in the decade Marks has been at the helm. Could that be a coincidence or insight into their process?
The two players — Caris LeVert (senior) and Danny Wolf (junior). Could Mara, a junior, become the third Michigan Wolverine to be a first round pick of Brooklyn under Marks?
The Brooklyn Nets are drawn to Nate Ament and Aday Mara, per @KevinOConnor.
“A few weeks ago I reported that the Nets were drawn to Nate Ament and Aday Mara. That remains true as we enter June, though there are still workouts to be done and there are plenty of teams interested in trading into this spot. For now, Ament gets the nod with this choice given Brooklyn already has so many guards on the roster.”

If the Knicks win it all and Mikal Bridges is the NBA Finals MVP just fold up the Brooklyn Nets as a franchise 😂 😂 😂
Their fans will never be able to wear their gear again
Hypothetical trade package for Jaylen Brown:
Nets Receive: Jaylen Brown
Celtics Receive: MPJ, Nic Claxton, 2026 #6 overall pick, 2027 second round pick, 2028 first round pick
How would you feel about Jaylen Brown as the new face of the Nets? 🎙️⬇️
