7 July 1930 | A Polish Jew, Menachem Chalemski, was born. He lived in Łódź.
In 1944 he was deported to #Auschwitz from #Litzmannstadt Ghetto. He did not survive.
UNRWA claims they teach peace. So we asked a student in UNRWA's Jalazone School.
Q: Does the school teach you anything about peace?
A: “Of course not. There's no peace in our schools. It's all about us returning to our land. The solution is Jihad in the path of Allah.”
2 years ago in the tunnels of Gaza, 6 year old Emilia Aloni sat in captivity with Sasha Troufnov and Sapir Cohen, all hostages in Hamas captivity.
6 year old Emilia imagined that one day Sasha and Sapir would get married and drew this picture.
When Emilia was freed in a hostage deal she gave this drawing to Sasha's mother Yelena as a sign of life and hope.
Yesterday free Sasha and Sapir got married in Israel.
There can be miracles.
On July 6, 1989, Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist Abed al-Hadi Ghaneim didn’t just hijack a bus — he waited for the perfect moment, seized the steering wheel from the driver, and deliberately drove the crowded No. 405 bus straight off a cliff.
16 civilians were murdered in the horrific plunge and fire. 27 more were wounded. Some passengers were thrown from the bus as it tumbled down the ravine. Others were trapped inside when it burst into flames.
Among the dead: families, students, and everyday people — including one American and two Canadians — simply traveling in Israel.
Students from the nearby Telz-Stone Yeshiva heard the screams and rushed to the scene, pulling survivors from the wreckage and giving first aid until paramedics arrived. One of those students, Yehuda Meshi-Zahav, later founded ZAKA, the volunteer rescue organization.
Ghaneim survived the crash, received treatment in an Israeli hospital, and was sentenced to 16 life terms plus additional decades in prison.
But in 2011, he walked free — released to Gaza as part of the Gilad Shalit hostage for prisoners exchange.
The No. 405 attack was one of the deadliest of the First Intifada and has been called the first Palestinian “suicide-style” attack — even though the killer lived. From that day forward, simply boarding a bus in Israel carried a new shadow of fear.
Driving a busload of civilians off a cliff wasn’t "resistance."
It was monstrous.
And far too often, the monsters eventually walk free.
Sa'id David Moshe (75) held the safe room door firmly, but the terrorists shattered the window and broke in.
Before Hamas soldiers murdered Sa'id in front of his wife, the elderly man gave Adina (72) one last kiss.
She was abducted to Gaza and held in tunnels for 49 days, where she met Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. Adina was released and returned to Israel, but her husband was never to return, a victim of Palestinian terrorism on Jews.
7 July 1891 | French Jewish woman, Adrienne Meyer, was born in Toulouse.
She was deported to #Auschwitz from #Drancy on 20 November 1943. She did not survive.
The announcement of the Committee to Protect Journalists that it will revise its database, after removing members of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad whom it had previously listed as journalists, is too little too late. Discussing the immense damage the CPJ has done, with David Ross. The CPJ's false figures have been widely cited by governments, NGOs, campaign groups and international media organisations, even after independent researchers have called out this misinformation.
6 July 1939 | French Jewish girl, Huguette Gutmajnster, was born in Paris.
In August 1942 she was deported to #Auschwitz from Drancy. She was murdered in a gas chamber after the arrival selection.
Al Ahli was Ground Zero of Hamas’ disinformation war. It triggered zero introspection among all the media outlets, NGOs, and governments that fell for it. At that point, they become willing accomplices.
Just like the AC debate, this whole red card mess really shows differences between the American & European mindset.
Americans are a solutions-oriented people. If something’s stupid or unfair, we fix it. Too hot? Install an AC. Bogus red card? Repeal it.
Europeans, on the other hand, will spend three hours bitching & whining, explaining why the stupid rule actually makes sense, why changing it would violate 200 years of tradition, and why you’re the problem for wanting to fix it.
This a civilizational difference.
Report: UNRWA has failed to enact reforms it promised to receive millions from Germany, France, EU, UK, Canada, Australia. Schools use textbook with reading exercises that praise the slashing of Israelis’ throats and glorify suicide bombings. @IMPACT_SE

What won't get you nicked in Leeds: "We don't want no Zionists here!", "death to the IDF!", and "intifada!" shouts, bellowing for the ethnic cleansing of Israeli Jews, backing racist vandals, and much, much more.
What will: objecting strongly. Filmed today by @NewsNowYorks. 1/3

🤍💙🇮🇱💙🤍 MAZAL TOV: FORMER HOSTAGES SASHA TROUFANOV AND SAPIR COHEN MARRIED
Former hostages Sasha Troufanov and Sapir Cohen, kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Oz during the October 7 massacre, were married 17 months after Sasha’s release from Hamas captivity.
Sapir was freed in November 2023, while Sasha endured more than 400 days in Gaza before his February 2025 release. His father Vitaly was murdered during the attack.
Sapir revealed Sasha once feared he would never survive: “He prayed for me to find a man to love, prayed that I wouldn’t wait for him.”
At their wedding, Sasha told guests: “I want to thank you for coming today to share this joy with us, this evening, this emotional moment. You’ve been with us every step of the way. Thank you so much. I love you.” ❤️
🎆 Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸
Today, we're celebrating in style — lighting up the Brandenburg Gate in honor of 250 years of American independence.
