@bypcasso You definitely have to at least find some runner faster than you to run with for workouts or long runs if you are going to self train.

4-5 weeks of zone 2 training during my east and long runs really paid off today! My mile paces dropped while my heart rate stayed the same!

Hoping to repeat this effect on my 11 mile run this weekend. 🙏🏽
