All Hands are on deck for @MiamiPD's first COMPSTAT of the year. Our team is discussing 2024 and how to improve our historic low crime numbers, when we saw reductions across all significant areas: a 13% drop in Homicides, a 19% drop in Robberies, and a 31% drop in shots fired.
