@AmericanAir I was going that deplaning would be a better experience, but no. The FA forgot I need assistance again but passengers offered to help. One of the pilots even tried to help, but again, not the FAs. I hope that you don’t treat disabled ppl this way.

@AmericanAir your gate agents in CO Springs were incredible as I’m in a boot, crutches & needed ♿️ assistance. The FAs however are awful & just watched as I tried to navigate the aisle with carry-on & crutches during pre-board. My loyalty & $ to your airline is decreasing
