@gafconference Question-Such a strong teaching today; liberalism = materialism. Has materialism infected our "conservative" Church? We clearly acknowledge liberalism's effect. As a CPA I wonder about our budgets & cashflows which reveal symptoms of materialism. #GAFCON2018

[A Cross Mission @ACrossMission]

@gafconference A little uncomfortable with our criticizing liberalism when materialism is rather evident among us ... especially given the truthful and biblical teaching that liberalism = materialism so are two sides of the same coin (please pardon the pun!!)

[A Cross Mission @ACrossMission]

@gafconference when are we looking at Jesus' commands to Love, Philippians 2 and 1 Cor12:26 and forming our response as the Body of Christ to impoverished and hungry ministers of the Gospel? https://t.co/7BiLh2cOVx https://t.co/dmImCjxQmz

[A Cross Mission @ACrossMission]

#GAFCON2018 Do we see the plank in our own eye?

"I cannot help but imagine the questions of a Gospel minister & his children who will starve if they could watch this conference and knew the cost. Jesus showed us a better Way."

“If [our] focus is shifted to earthly things & solving of existential problems...it becomes another false Gospel"

@gafconference Jesus commands we live simply & sacrificially putting the needs of others ahead of even our own needs! This is the Love. How are we doing with this?
