That's what I just did, I really want a cream-filled bread but here isn't one, there's other common breads but I'm not going to eat those common breads trying to replace the cream-filled bread
Tip to avoid binge eating: If you want to eat something specific, don't eat anything trying to replace that craving
Eg: Do you want a very specific chocolate cake? Don't replace it with something similar; eat the cake, no cake? Wait until that specific cake is available

@Linn_2301 Yo apenas empecé uno de tres dias, la verdad te recomiendo que empieces de a poco (12hr, 16hr, 20hr, ...); lo mejor que puedes hacer para aguantar es tomar agua, té y café sin azúcar, menta y/o chicle(goma de mascar) pero sin azúcar o con muy poca azúcar; usa apps para ayudarte
