Wrote my gym rules on the mirror in my first home garage gym 4 years ago. It’s now in the HQ gym, across our 3 flagship stores, on the packaging of all our 247 footwear, printed on the inside of all On a mission garments, and in every 247 installation from Dubai to LA. And people write it up in their own gyms.

Pretty crazy what a few words of action can become.

Oh and my on a mission slogan is tattooed on thousands of people by now too.
