If your habits don’t change, you won’t have a resolution for the new year, you will just have another year..
But not this year. You will break through those habits. You will go out, take action and get the help you need.
I believe in you.
May this be your best year!❤️
Instead of trying to go for 5 days of workout per week, aim for 2 and do that for a whole month without cancelling.
If you accomplished that task in a month, try adding another day next month if your schedule allows it. Rinse and repeat till you find a routine that works for YOU.
We are nearly reaching the 6 months mark of 2024.
How are you keeping up with your fitness?
Are you struggling to get started?
When getting a routine going, try to aim for something doable and don't "bite more than what you can chew".
“i love myself
i love my body
i love my mind
i am healthy
i am confident
i am compassionate
i know my worth
i know what i deserve
i know what i will and won’t tolerate”
how are you talking to yourself?
Learn to accept your mediocrity. You know, no one's really that great. You know who's great? The people that just put a tremendous amount of hours into it.
Life’s really be a game of tonnage.
Losers: blame it on everything and every body.
Winners: look in the mirror, to realize that everything in this life is their fault; but they’re also the solution.
You become anxious when you only compete with people who are better.
You become arrogant when you avoid all the people who are better.
You become confident when you compete with yourself to be better.
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
Imagine not having energy, unmotivated, out of shape, and/or broke and trying to help others.
At a glance, it may seem selfish but we need to take care of ourselves so that we may bring the best to others and get the best out of others.
How to get rid of stubborn belly & thigh fat:
1. Eat fewer calories than you expend.
2. Do #1 consistently over time until you've lost all the fat you want to lose.
3. Don't waste time or effort trying to spot-reduce. It won't happen.
There are no exercises or movement variations that can be outright condemned as “bad”.
All movement has to be considered in the context of the situation-training history, load, volume, frequency, recovery and other stressors.
The people around them help make them great.
We all need positive influences in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose, and challenge us to become the best version-of-ourselves.
The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the-best-version-of ourselves or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves.
No man becomes great on his own.
No woman becomes great on her own.
