Today I paid my respects to Dr B.R. Ambedkar, one of the world’s greatest social reformers.

He lived for 22 years in a tiny 2-room house (2nd floor of this chawl building) in a working-class locality in Parel, Mumbai.

No adversity can stop the rise of great personalities.

Crime against women should be the major concern for all the government's irrespective of their political ideologies.

According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) report for 2021, over 428,278 cases of crimes against women were reported which includes kidnapping,abduction, rape as well as murder. So even when I am writing this, a crime is being committed against a woman in our country.

The efforts to address these issues has to be multifunctional and multilayered, sadly, the government's don't move beyond rhetoric.
