Your heart is the engine of your body. If you want to actually live longer, do these three simple things tonight:
1. Walk for 10 minutes after dinner. If you can't do 10, do at least 2.
2. Eat your dinner early and stop abusing salt and seasoning cubes.
3. Sleep before midnight. Your body needs those 7-9 hours to repair itself.
You can start today.
Deal?
@maxvayshia Doc! This is out of context. Is it possible for a person to be a good person here on earth but he/she is totally opposite in the spiritual realm. Both happening at a time?
Let me just drop this piece of advice for you guys:
When you are picking a spouse, choose a woman who will be there with you ans walk with you till the very end, not a woman who prioritizes children over you.
Children, although share your DNA and genes, are only VISITORS to you. Temporary gifts to you, to he faithful guardians of their paths, until such a time when they can choose their own paths. They are not your personal possessions. You are not their Creator.
They will leave someday and have families they are responsible for as a matter of priority.
Your woman, the one you chose, is the only one who will be with you when you are aged and much more dependent. Like a child.
Be guided. Choose a woman who chooses genuine LOVE and companionship over child birth and societal acceptance.

Solar installers need to start offering a compulsory masterclass for individual customers before installing these inverters in their homes.
Nigerians have ZERO energy literacy. They only see KVa, Kilowatts in textbooks but don’t know the real life applications of these things. We purchase appliances without knowing the energy rating and how it affects our everyday consumption. We don’t even know that our energy consumption from NEPA can affects houses down the street.
Energy illiterates!
When Asherkine does giveaways for women, you don’t come and thank me for it.
When Tunde Ednut gives random women money, you don’t appreciate me for it.
When a man opens a business for his girlfriend or surprises her with something big, nobody says “well done to all men.”
But when some foolish men go and misbehave in Ozoro, Delta State, suddenly you remember my gender and want me to take responsibility for it.
Good men do kind, thoughtful, and generous things for women every day, and only those individuals get praised, not “all men.” But the moment one man or a group of men do something wrong or evil, it somehow becomes a burden all men are expected to carry.
How does that even make sense?
At some point, we need to be honest, praise should be individual, and blame should also be individual. Stop generalizing when it’s convenient and selective when it’s not.
Because this double standard? It’s not just unfair, it’s exhausting.
Those men who leave work at 5 pm and use their cars to run Uber till 11 pm, sleep for 4 hours, then wake up before 5 am to run Uber till they resume work at 9 am, who do you think they're working for?
1. Breast milk is over 80% water.
2. The first part of the breastmilk is majorly water
3. Babies need all the nutrients they get from the remaining percentage of the breastmilk that is supposed to help them
4. If you give water, baby has no space for breastmilk
5. Baby doesn't get as much nutrients
6. Baby doesn't grow as well.
7. Baby's brain need the breastmilk
8. The amount of water in breastmilk is ALL the water your baby will ever need for the first 6 months
9. That baby deserves better nutrition.
But please do you.
AlhamduliLlāh, the current weather conditions in Nigeria are quite favourable, and we are still enjoying relatively longer nights. This gives us sufficient time for rest, Qiyām, and Suḥūr without unnecessary haste.
For now, Suḥūr can comfortably extend to around 5:00am up to about 5:45am (depending on your specific location and the confirmed time of Fajr), and it remains safe within this period. It is important, however, that everyone confirms the exact Fajr time for their locality and stops eating a few minutes before it enters to avoid doubt.
As for Tahajjud, there is no need to rush. The night is long enough to allow adequate rest before rising for prayer. One may begin Tahajjud from around 4:00am, or even 5:00am if properly prepared, and still have enough time for heartfelt du‘ā’, istighfār, and Suḥūr. May Allāh make it easy for us and grant us barakah in our nights and days. Āmīn.
