As a $KAS holder the clarity act basically just puts into law what is already true for Kaspa today.
Any other desires for the clarity act to pass is purely because certain people want their projects never have to be faced with being considered a security because in reality they are cryptocompany and not a true cryptocurrency.
I’m not building my $3.50 Kaspa thesis on the simple idea that “a bull market comes and price goes up.” The first pillar is the maturation of the technology. The second is access to deep liquidity and the discovery of Kaspa by institutional capital.
As the technology matures, the foundation for capital to enter becomes stronger.
I don’t expect kaspa:native to jump straight to $3.50. My thesis is a logarithmic, multi-stage price discovery: first, breaking the previous $0.20 ATH, followed by a major expansion toward roughly $0.85. Then, after corrections and consolidation, a second major expansion toward the $3.50 region.
If major spot listings, real ecosystem adoption, and a strong crypto cycle align with this, approximately $98B market cap / $3.50 KAS is aggressive — but mathematically within the realm of possibility.
$0.20 → ~$0.85 → ~$3.50
Not in one day. Not in one move. In stages. Logarithmically.
I’m not giving you the timing. I’m watching the pattern.
And the prophecy continues…
