It collated human reports and scraped from social media re useful supplements and meds. Was invite only at first. Black website. Not just long COVID.

@useless_priest Following with interest. I've tried a few but am not totally sure. I've had SIBO which seems to have calmed down, but will try again soon.

Peak supps in the UK has decent prices and was recommended to me by others. Seems okay so far.

@ThePOTSPostman ... gastrologist prescribed antibiotics which made life better.

Be aware of low fodmap and low histamine. I ended up doing both accidentally when I dropped down to mostly chicken, rice and potato for a bit.

@ThePOTSPostman Would recommend looking up MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) before you go too wild with diet - co-occurs with POTS quite often.

Some of the tips for fermented stuff will make that worse.

I ended up finding out I had SIBO that was triggering MCAS like symptoms...

@drvyom This might not be you Dr Vyom, but a decent chunk of the people I know who always have thoughts turn out to be at least one of the known flavours of neurodivergent.

I'm a biomedical researcher, so while in principle I knew this internal experience varied, it was wild to me...
