@flyspicejet Because of your “operational issues” I have to book another flight for tomorrow morning which has costed me 12k for 2 passengers and hotel booking of 2k for the night, other than the money, the trouble which it has caused is horrible. Pathetic customer service and support

@flyspicejet here is my dads PNR number GC8PXJ on flight number SG8441 Jaisalmer to Delhi.This flight was schedule to fly at 15:55 and unfortunately it has still not taken off from Jaisalmer airport. This delay has hampered their onward journey from Delhi to nagpur.
