As an agent who has been filing for nearly 20 years now, I’ve never known HMRC to be in as much of a mess as it is right now.

This is not a direct complaint at you personally, but I do find dealing with HMRC increasingly frustrating 🤷🏻‍♂️

@CompaniesHouse Any updates as to when the service will be working properly? I can login, but none of my clients are in the "Your Companies" section...... So I can't do any filing at the moment, which is pretty frustrating.

@SATIPS6 Maybe you should review their status with you? The coach that turned up to take my son to Italy on a recent trip organised by IBT was clearly just purchased from a junk yard……… Needless to say it broke down within a few hours…..

Then to not be able to provide an alternative mode of transport proves that you clearly have some major operational issues…..I feel that you have put the 68 children and 7 teachers lives at serious risk - and you should be made accountable for this major safety breach.

@ibt_travel My son was due to be spending a ski trip in Italy with his school friends this week. Unfortunately he is not, due to the lack of care your company has around preparing your transport. Not only was it 2 hours late to collect the children, it was clearly unroadworthy!

How it made it to Dover is a complete miracle. With oil everywhere, cracked windscreen, trim missing, and bald tyres - you should be ashamed!!!! Not to mention the lack of tax on the vehicle 🤷🏻‍♂️ There is no excuse for this….
