@hetestilz If the Xeris architecture is flawed, Certik audit would not be at 95% completion for the consensus model. And the second part of the complete ecosystem audit by Certik would not be at 76%. Certik would have froze the audit and deem it unresolved or incomplete.

The US patent pending for xeris tech for consensus is there and it shows the tech being developed literally. He has submitted forms to the SEC for compliance in readiness to use for RWA tokenizing.
