Bike has been dropped,agency sent along with two mechanics with bills.Handle grip has not been changed,sent with two different grips. No authority or concerned came. No apology written or verbal. Only money matters for Heromotocotps, no emotions only business.

@HeroMotoCorp Payment against as per bills has been done by me after watching the innocent faces of employees sent by agency. Mr.Durgesh was giving his address to meet me at home although he could not come at mine at the time of delivery.

@HeroMotoCorp Some times it becomes very disappointing when the brand like you does not keep your promise.I have passion pro bike whose service is https://t.co/3ndsNteY5S has starting issue so I called the Goel motors Lko yesterday,for the same they promised but they didn’t pick.

What action has been taken by the Authorities of Hero MotoCorp?Have the owner of showroom and the company been bebome a step above to it’s customers.Not a single call or follow up has been taken by the Goel motors and Hero moto corp as well.

@HeroMotoCorp Only new parts have been changed, which was under commission. No proper service of bike was done.Still took lots of time. No cleaning of rust of tank was done.Supervisor Mr.Uday didn’t provide his number,he was talking to me with his colleague’s number.I will not pick my bike up.
