Horror doesn't need over the top jump scares or gore to be effective. Horror can entirely be based on mounting tension and never fully seeing the monster of the terror. Implication is often far more terrifying than seeing.

We have a really fun Mike Schur-style pilot about a theater company in the Midwest blackmailing a star into their family-friendly production of The Crucible and at this point, I just think you should give us money to make it ourselves, because tv won’t.

Geezerbird is a very funny, warm and also emotionally raw audio drama by Tash Desborough, with a fantastic cast, directed by Sarah Golding. Do give it a listen for 90s radio station nostalgia... and whatever the opposite of nostalgia is!
