@SAS we purchased business class seats from LHR - ARN then ARN - KRN the first leg we had three seats with middle seat blocked for more room. The second leg we have another person in between us!! Why? We’ve paid extra for no benefit at all, please explain!!!
@AmericanAir day 2 of trying to get to London. I’ve traveled for so long (20 years as an Ex Plat) that I take all flight issues in my stride. However the one area I’ve noticed more & more is the “we don’t care” attitude of your gate agents - so upsetting.
@AmericanAir just flown your partner airlines @qatarairways & @cathaypacific both give FREE WiFi to Business Class passengers - why is this not a thing on American?
@cathaypacific my wife and I just flew Business Class Hong Kong to Dallas. We are both Ex Plat with @AmericanAir & we were expecting a great experience. Unfortunately you fell short, service really struggled, food was not hot and mediocre. Would be hesitant to book again.
@AmericanAir why doesn’t your multi city work when trying to book an international business class seat? It’s SO frustrating - it works on other One World airlines like Qatar however I’d rather book with you guys as an Ex Plat - and calling the agent directly is a nightmare
@AmericanAir Ex Plat here just got to the airport to fly to Madrid to find that the seats we booked months ago - my wife and I together in Business Class at 2.45pm today your headquarters have them to someone else and now we are not anywhere near one another. Absolutely disgusted
