@bt_uk I pleaded with your customer service team that I can not afford the this type of broadband and wished to be put onto the most basic, slowest speed as I don’t need it nor can afford it. But I got £6 off for removing sky movies.

after 9 years of being with @bt_uk The best I got was take away sky movies for £6 a month until August 2023. So I am still paying for broadband at £55 a month again in a 1 bed, with 1 tv and 1 person.

Ah @bt_uk you forgot to mention that it I cancelled this £1 a month deal, I’d have to send my STANDARD bt box back with it? A year later of paying £75 for broadband/tv in a 1 bedroom flat, with 1 tv and 1 occupant, I call up too see what can be done due to increasing bill prices

The @bt_uk advisor goes on to say we can offer you a VIP entertainment package for a £1 a month for 3 months there after it’s £23. 55 minutes in at this point I think fuck it send me the next book and I’ll cancel the entertainment later

So he goes on @bt_uk well we can ‘upgrade you’ but that will be extra as you know your in contract, with a box that went out of date 5 years ago. (When this is standard fucking product given to every NEW customer for a cheaper price). Yet I had to ‘upgrade to it’

I have been a @bt_uk customer for 9 years. I called up in 2021 as I was paying £55 for broadband alone. I questioned why as I’ve never had a tv box that I could record tv on. The advisor laughed and said we don’t even produce the box that you have anymore.

Why does @bt_uk have the worst customer service? I am paying against the odds for the services I currently get. In fact if I cancelled my BT and went back to them for the same deal it would be CHEAPER.
