@British_Airways, you cancelled our upcoming flight and we had to rebook another.. However, we are being asked to pay for seats, but we had paid for seats while rebooking. This is urgent. Please respond.
@RecordingAcad Before introducing the new categories, esp the Asian one, you should have done more research. Such a shame that your knowledge of Asia is limited to Korea, China and Japan.
@kate_rina33@weverseofficial Wudnt hv cmnted if i dint. BTS’ withdrawal is self serving. Are they standing for all Asian artists? NO. Grammys are wrong and so is Bangtan. Aesop’s fable: sour grapes; & this hubris and trot away, by BTS wont adversely affect share prices relative to a loss. Calculated risk.
@epipeny@weverseofficial Many Asian countries, including India has Eng as 1st official lingo 2gether wth mother tongue.but songs rnt in Eng. Grammys did a very clumsy job with I-music but big attention to Latin, K,C& J. Pathetic. The % of Asian lingo is subjective too. Like No.29 is fully acceptable.
@mjajanjajan@weverseofficial So why call the Asian category “ghetto”?! And why is Arirang in English and nothing about Korea when it’s supposedly abt Korean heritage and roots?! This is what trying to please the west backfiring feels like. The fear that Arirang nor SWIM is worthy enough for a win.
@lunasama_0@AboutMusicYT@BTS_twt Yes u r 1. Insulting all Asia by calling it ghetto! Pride comes before fall. Other Asian countries don’t care about running after the Western crowd! Their songs are in their ‘own lingo’ and that’s what the Asian category is for! Arirang can’t qualify but the main category is open
@bts_army_fk@AboutMusicYT@BTS_twt U dnt see y BTS boycotted🤣Think. Calling the new category “ghetto” is utterly insulting. I can say the same to BTS, who is stopping them. Go nominate in all. U all think Asia=BTS. NO. Go nominate but none of Arirang songs is eligible. Asia surely can coz lingo ain’t English!
@AmericanAir I just boarded the flight AA135 from LHR. My husband showed both our brding passes to the stewardess guiding pax but she stopped me and pushed me back by placing her hands on my breasts. It happened just 10 mins ago. This is manhandling of customers.
@AmericanAir - we are strict vegetarians (religious purpose), however, we aren’t able to select special meals for our flight. We’ve bn told by AA -breakfast & snacks will be the only edibles given but please note these can have non-vegetarian ingredients. Please be considerate.
@AD_P_UK@Qantas It certainly seems that way.
Having to foot the bill for £100 because that was the only way to contact them to get the problem sorted is shameful. It’s made even worse because we were having to sort an issue they caused when changing our flight.
Air New Zealand next time for me.
Dear @Qantas, since you always ignore customers like us, & you know that you are in breach of contract for failing to credit the reciprocal oneworld alliance loyalty benefits, we will file a complaint with #AviationADR. Coz the least you could do was pass the complaint to QFF.
@Qantas@Qantas - 13 11 31, 7-7, Mon to Sat: pls be reasonable, we can’t continue calling from London at these hours. Enquiry form: - doesn’t work. QFF email: no response plus never given a case number. Please assist with this. It was a business class flight.
Dear @Qantas, flew business class: LHR-Colombo return on SriLankanAirlines but you only credited my frequent flyer points for the return leg. I want to know the reason behind the non-crediting of all points for LHR outbound. This is urgent. Please respond.
@Qantas Yes. You said you don’t handle frequent flyer issues here. When the feedback form doesn’t allow us to lodge complaint, frequent flyer doesn’t answer calls ( we have been calling from London and we end up wasting money), whom do we turn to? This is not fair to your customers.
