So question for those who have early voted. When you go to track your ballot, does it state that your ballot was received at all or that there is no data at all about your ballot?
Because for me, I'm getting told that there is no data at all about my early casted ballot.
I did figure out what actually causes this to happen when the exporter's smoothing method is set to Normals.
Its custom split normals data. Used in this model to make 3D clipping mesh appear seamless and apart of the main, actual model.
Question for Blender & Unity.
Since Blend ~4.0 exporting with smoothing set to "Normals" always makes blendshape normals look like this when set to import. I feel like the normals are off in general, too, compared to before.
Other than downgrading versions, anyone know a fix?
Also other than setting the normals to calculate. Unity butchers the crap out of the normals on its own lmao.
I'll also mention when having the smoothing setting set to face or edge the normals import "fine" but still seem inaccurate to what I expect to see.
@thingnamedzan I have tried yeah. Legacy norms makes the model look very flat and not very good even without blendshapes active.
I've already tried the smoothing angle and source as well and no change at all. Its like Unity thinks there's 0 data for blendshape norms to begin with.
Reminder reminder.
I'll no longer be posting full images of commissions here with it instead being cropped versions. Full versions can be found on Bskii and any other place I post my work!
Arby also didnt vomit at all once since we last saw the vet
I am very hopeful for Arby seeing as he's gotten this far and the vet's happiness himself to see how Arbiter has improved as well since they saw him three weeks ago.
25 percent chance and Arbiter is frickin making it.
Wanna give a quick update as I just came back from another visit from the Vet.
This time the head of the clinic is who saw Arbiter today. As of right now the basic plan is to play a lot by ear and just heavily Monitor Arbiter to see if he uses the litter box.

I've made calls to numerous clinics and the best price for Arbiter's explorative surgery was quoted at 1.6k to 2.7k. As of right now I do not have near the funds for this.
I appreciate any help, whether it be donating or sharing this post around.
I also noticed Arby has gone to at least one of his more normal spots to lay down which he hasn't gone to since he got sick starting this morning. He's also been moving his head to look around a lot more than just with his eyes, again this morning.
