@SMBTelecomGuy @NNNIncome The biggest miss thus far is lack of surrounding retail. Lots of sites sent with solid traffic counts, population, and HH Income, but they’re isolated from other tenants.

The biggest singular miss was a 200+ AC agricultural site. That one was truly isolated from other retailers.
