After covid period, isro releases new vacancies for scientist engineer post but the issue is that the age criteria reduces 35 to 28 year and also there is no reservation category. This is not far for some students.

Application for Scientist/ Engineer SC as per Advt no -ISRO:ICRB:01(CEPO):2023 dated: 04.05.2023, is denied due to age issue. However as per various age calculators my age as on 24.05.2023 is 28 years 0 months 0days. Kindly resolve

#age limit for isro recruitment Only 28yr for Gen. In 2019 it was 35yr for gen.

We students were waiting for this recruitment for the last 4 years, but now many of us are not eligible as per new age norms. This is unfair to all those students who were working hard for this post.

Notification released after 3 years.
Privious notification age limit was 35 years.
Recent notification age decreased to 28 years.
Please look into it.

@isro In the latest notification published by you (Advt No. ISRO:ICRB:02(EMC):2023), there is no reservation or age relaxation for OBC, SC, ST, etc. Also, the maximum age limit is reduced to 28 years from 35 years for general category.
