We’re now at the point where armed groups are openly training with firearms in the forests of Surrey, BC — and our government’s response is basically a shrug.

This isn’t some far-off country. This is happening on Canadian soil. While regular Canadians get lectured about “assault weapons,” “hate speech,” and handing over their legally owned firearms, actual gang and extremist-linked crews are out in the bush running live-fire sessions.

And what do we get from Ottawa and BC politicians? Silence. Excuses. More funding for “community programs” that clearly aren’t working.

We’ve spent years being told mass immigration and “diversity” would make us stronger. Instead we’re watching parallel societies form, complete with their own armed training and extortion rackets — and the only people paying the price are the taxpayers who funded the whole disaster.

Protect Canadians first? We stopped doing that a long time ago.

This is what happens when you put political correctness and virtue signalling ahead of basic public safety and national sovereignty.

Even Bill Maher is calling Canada a cautionary tale now.

A guy who spent years defending the left is looking at what we’ve become and saying: it’s not better here anymore. Not even close.

Mass immigration at record levels, housing so bad people are living in tents, the highest household debt in the G7, and a healthcare system that ranks dead last in access among developed countries. All while the same people who created this mess keep telling us everything is fine and we just need more “progress.”

Then you add the extreme woke insanity, like a biological male showing up to teach shop class with massive fake breasts, and the school defending it as “gender expression.” This is what happens when you let ideology run the show with zero pushback.

Canada used to be the polite, successful neighbour. Now we’re the warning label. Bill Maher sees it. The rest of the world sees it. The only ones still pretending are the ones who broke it.

Time to reverse course before it’s too late.

Trudeau and Carney didn’t need a plan.

They needed a scapegoat.

Just like Napoleon in Animal Farm, they realized the easiest way to control a tired, frustrated population wasn’t to deliver results — it was to give them someone to hate.

Enter: Trump.

Every collapse, every broken promise, every time another sector of the economy got gutted, it was always “Trump’s fault” or “the big threat from the south.” They spent millions of our tax dollars on ads, propaganda, and fear campaigns to keep that ghost alive and breathing.

Why?

Because if Canadians are busy fearing the shadow they pointed at, they never turn around and look at the actual leader holding the whip.

Classic Orwell. Classic Liberal strategy.

They didn’t fix Canada.

They just made sure you stayed scared of the guy who wasn’t even in charge here.

Former Liberal Party president Stephen Ledrew just laid it out plain.

This Vancouver condo bailout stinks.

A $3 billion taxpayer handout to bail out rich developers — right after the Housing Minister (former Vancouver mayor Gregor Robertson) took $25,000-a-plate fundraisers from the same condo king now getting bailed out.

Then there’s the timing: Brookfield (where Mark Carney used to be chairman) cuts a billion-dollar deal with Vancouver developers just weeks before the bailout drops.

And Carney? The guy who “forgot” he had millions in American oil shares when asked about his assets.

Ledrew says it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck… it’s corruption.

So what do the Liberals do when Conservatives try to call witnesses and investigate?

They use their stolen majority to shut the committee down for the summer. No questions. No answers. Just protect the deal.

If you’re clean, prove it.

But right now this whole thing reeks — and Canadians are the ones left holding the bill.
